Are You Ready For Some Football!!!

Piper is ready for some football. Thanks to some help from Aunt T, Piper is set for her first trip to Arrowhead next fall. As we continue the wait, we welcome football season. Keeping busy with trips to Kansas City several times this fall will hopefully help the time pass more quickly.

We want to thank everyone for your support and prayers as we have journeyed down this road to bring Piper home. We can hardly wait for the day that this blog will get more exciting because we have more information about Piper to pass on to everyone.

Piper's Room

As of August 28, we have been logged-in with the Chinese Center for Adoption Affairs (CCAA) for 2 months. The waiting has not been easy, but we have been able to keep ourselves busy working on Piper's room and shopping. We have added some pictures of her room, and the results from some of our shopping expeditions. We want to thank everyone that has help out in filling her room and closet.

The latest information we have indicates that families logged-in between January 28 and February 26 recieved August referrals last week. As referrals continue to get closer to our log-in date, we will keep everyone informed of when we can expect to get our referral for Piper. At this time, it appears that we will get this news in either late December to late January.
